Constructed from carbon fiber, the center column and the legs are lightweight, sturdy, and corrosion-resistant. The reversible triangular center column gives the tripod a fairly compact size when collapsed. The legs fold nearly flat for extreme low-angle use.
Solid build quality and a focus on stability and function have made the Sirui 224 a standout in its price category. This tripod can be tall enough for wide receivers and short enough for steady rifle shots. In our opinion, it's a winner.
