Order Processing All orders are processed within 1–3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive a notification when your order has shipped.

Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout. We offer the following options:

• Standard Shipping (5–7 business days): Calculated at checkout

• Expedited Shipping (2–3 business days): Calculated at checkout

• Overnight Shipping (1 business day): Calculated at checkout

• Free Standard Shipping on orders over $1000

Delivery times are estimates and are not guaranteed. Delays may occur due to carrier issues, weather, or high order volumes.

Shipment Confirmation & Order Tracking Once your order has shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number. Please allow 24–48 hours for tracking information to become active.

International Shipping We currently ship to Canada. International shipping rates and delivery times will be calculated at checkout. Please note that international orders may be subject to customs duties, taxes, and fees, which are the responsibility of the customer.

Damaged or Lost Packages If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 2 days of delivery at info@outdoorsmans.com with your order number and photos of the damage. We will work to resolve the issue as quickly as possible. If your package is lost in transit, please contact us and we will investigate with the carrier on your behalf.

Incorrect Address Please ensure your shipping address is correct before completing your order. We are not responsible for orders shipped to an incorrectly provided address. If you realize an error, contact us immediately at info@outdoorsmans.com — we will do our best to help if the order has not yet been processed.
