Returns, Exchanges and Warranties

If you are not entirely satisfied with your Outdoorsmans purchase, we will make sure to work with you to the best of our ability to correct the issue.

Returns

You have 60 calendar days to return an item from the date you received it. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. Your item must be in the original packaging. Your item needs to have the receipt or proof of purchase.

Refunds

Once we receive your item, we will inspect it and notify you that we have received your returned item. We will immediately notify you on the status of your refund after inspecting the item. If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your credit card (or original method of payment). You will receive the credit within a certain amount of days, depending on your card issuer’s policies.

The Outdoorsmans No-Bullshit Warranty

If you purchase an Outdoorsmans-branded Tripod, Backpack, or Accessory and it happens to fail, whether you broke it or not, we will take care of you.

We guarantee every Outdoorsmans product for life, though occasionally, service is required. If the issue is a manufacturer defect, we’ll cover it. If, say, you ran over it with your ATV, we’ll only charge you the actual cost of the repair and shipping (typically extremely reasonable) and not a cent more.

Our priority is getting your gear back on the mountain, and we’ll do everything we can to make that happen. All of this applies whether it was purchased from us, our retail partners, or secondhand on Rokslide.

Examples:

John’s Pistol Grip develops a “squeak.” John sends it to us, we repair it and send it back. No questions asked.

Jim dropped his Pan Head out the window of the truck, and the handle is bent. We run an order for a new handle ($20 at our cost) and he has it in a few days.

Bill’s pack out was so heavy that when he stood up, one of the stays on the bag began to fray. Bill sends the bag back to us, we sew a new one on, and we send it back to him.

Pedram uses his extreme strength to crank on the top of his Binocular Adapter. He’s so powerful that it becomes stuck in the locked position. Pedram sends it back to us, and we repair it for $15 or replace it for free so he doesn’t do the same with our heads.
