As usual Outdoorsmans stands behind its customers with excellent service.
My pistol grip needed a few repair parts after years of hard service and Chad at Outdoorsmans hooked me right up with the necessary parts and with quick shipping! Always the best from Outdoorsmans for the Western hunter!
These guys just do a good job. They make great stuff and have really good customer service. A real person that has knowledge of their products actually answers the phone quickly and helps you. It’s the way America used to and should be. Bravo!
I had an issue due to my tripod falling over in high winds. The staff was very knowledgeable and helpful and quickly identified the necessary repair parts. I would highly recommend purchasing items from this company!
