These are the only adapters on the market that are built specifically for the original Leica Geovid 42mm. They clamp directly to one barrel of the binocular for a solid and dependable attachment. The 42mm adapter also fits many of the popular binoculars from Leica, Swarovski, and Zeiss. Outdoorsmans adapter plates purchased separately or you can add your tripods style of 1/4x20 plate. Not compatible with Geovid 10X42 HD-B

The Ring Adapter 42MM is not compatible with the Geovid 10X42 HD-B because the second Leica bridge is too close to the end of the bino tube. It does not allow enough room for the ring to attach to the tube.
