Outdoorsmans Folding Rifle Saddle

Exactly what I was looking for. Help me consolidate so that I do not have to carry a separate rest. Very light and well machined.

Already have tested it out at my local gun club.......should be great for my Western Hunts this Fall !!

Harder to get up and down, this worked great sitting in a chair shooting rock chucks

I have the shooting “V” with the rear rifle support on my medium Outdoorsman’s tripod. I had trouble with lateral stability. I saw this “double V” design so I purchased to give it a try. I attached the rifle rest to my tripod and using the rear rifle support is was IMMEDIATELY more stable to lateral movement. Not perfect but so much better. This rest with the double V design is a superior support for lateral stability. I highly recommend this support along with the rear rifle rest.

I had been using a shooting V for the backcountry and using a dead shot as needed for hunts with shorter hikes.
The Outdoorsman Rifle Rest is superior for all needs! It has a well thought out compact and light design. The arms hinge and lock into place for a solid shooting rest and it works with an arca Swiss plate and my current tripod. With a solid tripod this product cannot be beat for a lightweight bullet proof shooting platform. Well worth the money!
