Outdoorsmans Tripod Holster
Gone are the days of laying expensive optics or cameras on the ground. The Tripod Holster is a simple and convenient way to store your equipment where it can easily be accessed when needed. The patent-pending design accepts any standard Arca-Swiss plate, Outdoorsmans Binocular Adapter, or Adapter Plate. Made from an extremely durable and weather-resistant carbon-fiber-infused polycarbonate, it will withstand the test of time or anything else you throw at it.
It is simple to install and just like all other Outdoorsmans products, it's proudly made right here in America.
Patent pending.
Right Facing vs Left Facing?
Think of your ideal orientation for your stashed optic(s). For example, Joe likes a Right-Facing Holster on the right side of his tripod. That means his spotting scope eyepiece points up and away from him. However, it could also be flipped around backward or he could rotate the tripod 180 degrees and he'd have the opposite. There is quite a bit of versatility to each, so it's not a critical decision.

MOST Gen 1 Tripods used slightly larger diameter main tubes for the top leg section. Please take a look at the comparison image to make sure you know which tripod you have (different trunnion design), then select the variant for either Gen 1 or Gen 2.
If you have access to a caliper or micrometer, simply measuring the diameter of the top leg section is the sure-fire way to get the right holster for your tripod. If you have any questions, feel free to give us a call at 1-800-291-8065 or send an email to info@outdoorsmans.com.
