Didn't come email, so I called and the staff immediately got it sent. Not sure why it didn't come when purchased, but very pleased with the attentive customer service!
I purchased multiple gift cards for a buddy's Birthday. When he tried to use them to make a purchase on the
Outdoorsman's website he was having issues getting the gift card info entered in (his issue). He called the
store and they walked him through it over the phone. He then called me and told me about how helpful the
guy was. Great customer service/support guys! You've got another happy customer.
