not just for giants

I am 6'5" and need the telescoping center post to stand and glass, however I also like that it has the quick lever tension adjust ability. On a hillside sometimes I need to quickly adjust up or down, I dont have to turn the tension screw, I just flip the lever and slide that baby where I need it. My kids use my tripods and I see them doing the same thing, and they dont need the main post extended.
