What is the Quick Release Adapter 1.5?
It's like the old Quick Release Adapter, but more so. We updated the locking mechanism to our Gen 2 style closure. We should call this the Quick-er Release Adapter.

The combination of our quick release adapter and our panner in one. Allows for quick swapping of heads and attachments with the ability to pan independently.

The Quick Release adapter is designed to allow the hunter to easily disconnect tripod parts. You can install one on any tripod so that you can use the same tripod head on a window mount. If you have a second tripod you can install one on the head so that you could use all the Outdoorsmans accessories. There are too many possibilities to list! I am very satisfied with the adapter, it is the second one I have purchased. I have two tripods with one adapter on each tripod, this setup gives me plenty of options. In addition to the adapters I have an outdoorsmans tripod head and window mount. I am able to use the tripod head on each of the tripods as well as use the head on the window mount. In addition to the adapters and other equipment I have purchased from the Outdoorsmans I am very impressed with customer service and the speed in which my orders are processed and shipped.
