Dented item after 40 days waiting for delivery

I waited to get delivery in Europe for over 40 days. And finally, when I got it, the item had a big dent so now I have to either get it replaced or just throw it in the bin and forget about it.

I have a few outdoorsman’s products including their pan head gen 1 (kinda wish I waited for gen2 cuz damn!) Best tripod head on the market for sure! Makes glassing so enjoyable I don’t even mind sitting for hours and not seeing what I’m hunting for. They ship FAST and they are always quick to respond to questions. Great company with a great product!

Too small

I don’t know if I might have ordered the wrong adapter. Doesn’t fit my Oculus Tripod. May have to return it or exchange it.
