The SIRUI VA/VH Series Professional Fluid Video Head has a fluid system for smooth panning and tilting. The panning resistance is preset to produce very smooth pans and the tilt mechanism has stepless friction adjustment.
NOTE: The plate tension knob on the VA-5 can be adjusted by more than one rotation. The knob is designed to cam. If your plate is "sticky" or seems like it will not fit, pull outward on the plate tension knob and rotate it clockwise, then release and rotate it counter-clockwise to loosen it more.
