Hunters no longer need to adjust the rifle scope manually, making it much easier to tackle long-range shots. The aiming point is calculated based on precise distance measurement, the angle of fire, the magnification selected, air pressure, temperature, and the ballistic data for your personal firearm/ammunition combination.

The dS Configurator App is used to enter the data on your firearm/ammunition combination and to configure the display. The ballistic curve and your individual display configurations are then transferred directly to the dS quickly and easily via Bluetooth.

Flat out Amazing

I thought it would be good…. It blew away my expectations.
This Optic is FAST! Like their video, “Hit the button, Pull the trigger. That’s it People!”

My best shot on a 3 day Prairie Dog Hunt: 3 rounds, 3rd round hit on dog, 1,119 yds, 1st two shots were within 6”
(There was a family of them on opposite sides of the mound…. Target rich environment)

Short Action Customs (Thank you SAC Team) put together a 224 Valkyrie for me for a Southeastern Colorado Prairie Dog hunt. Few shots in the mornings at 150 yards, average shots 300+ and can take shots over a mile if your heart desires. My friend and I have been playing “Spotter Shooter” for 5 years together. He’s in his late 70s and using hold over he popped one at 852 yds! We take turns as spotter or shooter for each other.

Here is the problem: you no longer need a spotter. I was acquiring, getting solution and firing faster than he could find what I was looking at!

We both have Swarovski 10x32 Range Binoculars. Testing the rage finder out as a comparison, the DS was dead on. Even more accurate in most cases as you could finely control you aim point. The App was easy to use. Could make fine, on the fly adjustments while sighting in. Once inputs were locked in, you had to trick yourself to believe in the tech. Once you accepted it, game over. You CAN NOT dial faster…

Windage was correct. 5 MPH was 5 MPH at the lasered distance.

Optics were clear. We didn’t get to a low light scenario, so I won’t comment too heavily on that. But I would not hesitate to take it and trust it. It is Swarovski glass after all…

1 battery for entire trip. No problems.

HUGE Thank You to Blake and the guys at Outdoorsman!! My actual Gen 2 optic did not come in in time for the hunt. We placed the order months in advance and the COVID Supply Chain curse hit us. They were kind enough to lend me a Gen 1 for my Hunt. One of their personal ones. This is a team of individuals I can not more highly recommend working with! Thank you, Thank You! You guys are amazing!
